Good points :

• Fabulous location. Yahoo bus stop at Maharaja Signal. Takes 15 min to get to office in traffic through a shortcut.
• Very reasonable, un-interfering landlords.
• 24x7 water supply. Never faced shortage in 2 years
• House remains naturally cool because of trees around it
• Very secure. Cops sit right in front of the house for an hour every night.

Bad points :

• Not an apartment
• Second bedroom  is a little smaller, Single Bathroom

Expected rent = 15,000 per month. 10 Months deposit.
